poor quality and lack of service back up

i took my dominator Kreepy Krauly to my local agent sunshine pools on the 5th of may, i am still waiting for it to be returned seven weeks later

the machine still in its warranty period was turning is circles because the gears inside have been warn and no longer catch correctly, clearly a manufacturing fault

shocking from both sunshine pool and ultimately pentair

the fault is clearly a quality issue with the plastic gears being ground down through wear and tear but over a very short periods of time so seriously wondering about the quality, but the poor back up and total lack of service is shocking
