15 Dec 2015, 17:17Hello andre_c,
Good afternoon Mr. Chetty, may I start by apologising for any damages caused to your property by our technician. I can assure you that with our combined co-operation we can resolve this matter amicably.
Unfortunately sometimes we do not have all spare parts required at each service call. With this said, the feedback will be shared by the technician and a followup appointment made to best assist in this regard.
Unfortunately it is never possible to schedule a specific time for a service call. Timing is always driven by factors outside of our control including traffic, time spent at prior customers etc. Fortunately it does appear that there was somebody at home to meet with our technician.
Mr Chetty, I do apologise for not being able to take your call today. Unfortunately I have been out of the office.
Kind regards,
Grant Keenan
