Poor after sale service from Kreepy Krauly

Poor after sale service at its best from Kreepy Krauly. Naught a Kreepy Krauly Pro a couple of months ago , never opened the box as I wanted to started using it for summertime. Installed the poolcleaner and pipes as per the instruction manual just to find out it does not work , it just stands still on one spot , sent an email to Kreepy Krauly on the 3 October 2022 with a response on the 4 October 2022 that my complaint has been forwarded to the client service department, a follow up email sent again on the 7 October 2022 , again they will get back to me . Up until today 13 October 2022 not a reply on my emails or a phone call to assist me with my problem. Now a sit with a poolcleaner that cost me a lot of money and it doesn't work , I suppose buying what is suppose to be the best is not always the best .
