No delivery for goods ordered and paid

I contacted Kreepy Krauly South Africa for Dominator replacement parts. They referred me to a Donovan in Cape Town. I paid Donovan via EFT for the goods on 01 April 2019. Donovan has been promising delivery for weeks including producing excuses like being booked off sick. No physical address on the invoice to enable me to collect and now just a voice mail when I try to contact him.
