Kreepy nearly pentair-its about your product but don't forget after sales service

I purchase a dominator kreepy krauley last year.the machine is giving me problems now.i phoned the company .the lady who does customer service is very rude and arrogant .It gives a vey bad message about your company and service i left messages for her to call me numerous time over a two week period .I sent a email no reply .today I manage to get hold of her a lady by the name of ****** .she tells me hold on I can call back after 5 minutes and puts the phone down .that is not right .how can such a big company who supplies Game Marko and and all the big names have one person to service all there clients needs.cleary thia ****** lady cant manage the work load.i called her back after 5 minutes and managed to get hold her .I told her my problem and she says I must bring the machine to her service centre .I know for a fact with zodiac that they come to your house to check the machine and fix it same time with no charge .there services agents carry spares with them .I not happy about taking the machine in to there service centre.its still under the 2 year warranty.
