Kreepy Krawly pentair filter combo leaking
I have a leaking Pentair 0.25kw pump filter combo. It is leaking past the shaft on the balve position selector. To say Makro’s customer service is useless is to pay them a massive compliment.
How can there be no service kits for sale at the retailers? This is an absolute joke! I am obviously not the first person to have this problem.
I need a service kit ASAP or a replacement valve assembly. I am located in Amanzimtoti

Thank you for posting and apologies for inconvenience caused. It would be better to take the pump directly to the service centre at the following address.
3 Elmsfield Place. Springfield Park. After sales spare parts are not sold by the mass stores.
