Kreepy Krauly Viper

Bought a Viper after trusted standard Kreepy called it a day. Since this contraption has been in my pool , endless problems : stuck in on place , flips over and for the duration of the timed cleaning , just simply lies there and sucks water, or maneuvers out of the water and sucks air.

Cannot believe a established company will design and sell a product that is a failure from start. I spike to the dealer where purchased from , and the answer was " yet another Viper complaint "
