After many years of faithful service, my old Kreepy is no longer young or strong enough to vacuum up the debris on the pool bottom after a long year under a Covid-19 pool cover. So with some anxiety - I have collected all my Swear Jar coins and purchased a brand-new Kreepy Krauly Super Sweepy. The box and packaging look impressive indeed but inside… Alas, there is no manual and no assembly instructions. Imagine my surprise?

I am glad you consider your customers loyal and determined enough to figure it all out for themselves. However I am getting on in years too and my strength, dexterity and eyesight are no longer as SuperMannetjie as they were in my youth op die plaas in daardie tyd voor die Runderpes.

I dutifully went to the MANUALS section of your Kreepy Krauly website and there is NO section for CLEANERS. How bizarre! Please can you assist an older (but not so wise) and loyal Kreepy Krauly fan of many years who desperately wants to keep believing in the power and tenacity of your proudly South African product?

Please can you help asseblief by directing me to a PDF download or VIDEO for installation/assembly instructions for my sad-looking Kreepy Krauly Super Sweepy who right now looks incapable of creeping, crawling and/or sweeping?
