KREEPY KRAULY PRO A DUD
<p>I have now sent emails to Kreepy with photos anout ware to their PRO machine but they dont seem to answer anything but Hello Peter posts. This on its own is rather disappointing. Is this still a proudly South African co. The problem in short. The balancing unit eats its way thru the two pipes on the machine. Question posed was is this a design flaw or is it normal for your equipment to self destruct in less than two years. At the cost of your machines I would expect a lot longer service from it. </p>

Thank you for posting. I find it very sad and unfair that you should post the comment . I tried contacting you telephonically, via email and sending a text message in response in order to address the complaint. All these attempts were unsuccessful. The email was returned undelivered twice, the telephone number on The original email does not exist. Even though i tried sending a text message to that number given by yourself. I shall forward the copy to the different email and telephone number that appears on the review. Please see copy of response sent to you Monday 31.10.2016 after being unable to contact you by telephone as the number provided to us did not exist. I shall forward the text messages sent to ***. which was incorrect. Please see my response below

Indicates a problem on the part at the bottom called the pilot molding. Please send your proof of purchase with. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
