Kreepy Krauly Poor Aftersales Service
I am a very unhappy customer. I always bought Zodiac Pacer units, but they only last two to three years. I then decided to buy the kreepy bull shark pro about 18 months ago. First I battled with it falling off the wall and the technician blamed my pool pump, although everything was new. I also have 2 broken pipes and now my blue rubber suction keeps falling of the head unit. Technician's tell me it is my water, but I only use HTH floaters, so not sure what 4 years warranty do we receive with your product. Are your products not trial and tested for all conditions. Technicians told me to send my pipes up and my head unit as there is no dealer in PE. So I went and bought 2 new pipes, at a price, as I cannot let me pool stand off for a week or two. Zodiac parts I just returned to the shop I bought it from and on the spot they replaced my parts. I will take photos and share it on your facebook page so people do not fall in the same trap as I did. Very poor after sales, will not recommend to anyone.
Thank you for posting. You cleaner is covered by a 4-year Warranty against manufacturing defects. Water imbalance or bad chemistry can attack certain materials on the unit. that is not considered a factory fault / manufacturer's defect just by mentioning that the suction seal is falling off the footpad is undeniably a clear sign of water chemistry. If the technician told you that ("it is your water") then it was. The signs would be clearly visible.

Thank you for posting again. We have not had any complaints regarding hoses that break. Hoses are made of a very durable material. Usually what we have seen on very rare occasions would be all the hoses becoming brittle and then unravelling and that was confirmed many years ago as water imbalance being the cause. I would suggest would that you send the hoses back to Johannesburg and we can send pass them on to the supplier to be assessed and tested.
