Kreepy Krauly - NO STARS

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired! Manufacturer does not stand by the warranty or quality of product. Bought at Makro less than 1 year ago, warranty is supposed to be 2 years. Started going in circles 6 weeks ago. Could not take in due to lockdown. When opened all they say is "wear and tear" how is this possible after only less than 1 year? Was expensive but went with top of the range... for nothing.
