Kreepy Krauly ....no refund
What a **** product, what even more ****py service. FOUR TIMES my unit has failed and each time KK repair and send back. When I ask for a refund they ignore me.... Promises, promises about phoning me bac****!!

Thank you for posting and apologies. i am unable to assist you unless i have more information in order to investigate the matter. I will need the proof of purchase, the model that you have and previous repair document of where the unit was sent. Once in receipt of the requested information, we can then investigate the matter and hopefully resolve same. kindly not that refunds are not granted for a used pool cleaner without a thorough assessment has been carried out.
