Kreepy Krauly dominator - Do not buy
Bought the kreepy krauly dominator from the pool team in Centurion under 2 years ago and it is not functioning correctly. They say I need a repair kit which is R800 as the warranty does not cover wear and tear. Do not buy thid product or you will have to waste money on repairing it every few years. The pool team even have a special to get rid of these devices

Thank you for posting. The warranty does exclude wear and tear and The Pool Team would have given you a reasonable explanation. I would like to disagree with your statement. The specials do not mean that they are trying to get rid of the devices as you have stated. Theyare an independant store runnig their business and can decide on offering specials ahich has nothing to do with Kreepy Krauly.

29 Nov 2019, 11:47Totally disagree with your warranty on the device. The device is made of moving parts and these should be covered under the warranty for the 2 years. Also advise the customers that they will need to spend R800 every few months or years to repair. Just look online at the complaints about the dominator.
