INSTRUCTION MANUAL MAINTENANCE states 1. requires almost NO MAINTENANCE 2. Check from time to time for obstructive debris and Tire(tyre) Wear

20 mth old not working properly Gears inside unit worn

SURPRISED repair included “MAINTENACE KIT” So manual incorrect states requires almost no maintenance

From KREEPY KRAULY WEB site I logged my contact details As well as sending email to the email address from their WEB site. NO RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM EITHER”

So I took unit to local agent (PROMAC) who charged just under R900 (half purchase price) For a maintenance kit and tyres

I phoned manager (KREEPY KRAULY) and complained about 1. warranty and 2. lack of response. He said tyres need replacing every year (not stated in manual) and wear and tear NOT COVERED (also not in manual) That’s it end of story

NOW IF I PURCHASE AN ELECTRIC DRILL AND IT PACKS UP UNDER WARRANTY UNDER NORMAL USE THEY REPAIR/REPLACE IT UNDER WARRANTY

I PERHAPS TOLERATE WEAR AND TARE EXTERNALLY BUT INTERNAL PARTS SHOULD AT LEAST BE MADE FROM MATERIAL THAT WILL LAST THE WARRANTY PERIOD
