Kreepy Krauly causing pump to lose prime.

Hi there, unfortunately I have not been able to contact customer support as the email has been blocked. I purchased the Pentair Kreepy Krauly a couple days ago from Makro. After running it for about five minute the pump loses prime. This happens with every attempt. This issue does not happen when I run the pump without the automatic cleaner connected. Please advise as how to rectify this and contact me as soon as possible. I will be more than willing to change my review if this is sorted out promptly.
