Kreepy Krauly Bullshark Pro

I bought one of these from makro a few months ago. Biggest piece of sh***t ever produced. Most of its time is spent chugging around upside down and nothing seems to correct this. The only time it seems to work is when I manually steer it around the pool with a pool brush and keep it the right way up. Barracuda here I come. Ps. There is nothing wrong with my pump, filter, sand, pipes, suction or anything else the manufacturer tries to blame for this pos not working.
