Kreepy krauly after sale service as bad as their products.

I have a Pentair dominator that is 18 months old and had it serviced 3 times already. Consider the cost for gear replacement kit is R700 and two tracks is R350 and this I have to do twice a year.Clearly this is a design fault and can not see how this pool cleaner could be reliable. Is there an alternative to this or have you addressed the issue and since came up with a plan to solve this very expensive blunder from Pentair? Please let me know. Ps! I tried to call kreepy krauly but line stay engaged. Try to email kreepy krauly but get a webmaster undelivered response. Does Kreepy krauly still exist?
