Kreepy Krauley Pool pump & Filter

I bought the Kreepy Krauly Pump and Sand Filter in December 2021. It has never worked properly. The handle to change functions has broken twice. Snapped, I had to replace this twice and now it has cracked again, I am using a shifting spanner to change function, because clearly something is not working. The pump is not in the sun. The pump has complicated buttons which never worked. I am angry and disappointed that I wasted money and what do I do now? Not under guarantee anymore. Can it be repaired? No pool shop wants to touch it. I have to replace it.
