Kreep Krauly Dominator Pro Frustrations!!

When it came to replacing my old Kreepy Krauly Pool Shark to the newer and better Kreepy Krauly Dominator Pro on advise from the in-store representative I made the biggest mistake of my life!! Since then it is like manual labour keeping the pool clean. The moment the Dominator finds a step, it will go and get stuck with one wheel above the step and the other one spinning. The I have to eventually have to go and save the device and use the pool brush to get it back onto the floor. 5 min later the same again. After about 8 months of trying not to drown the device, I went to the store agent and quickly they told me that I have to replace the tractor wheels with new Tyre's that "Bumps" the Dominator of the steps, oh and buy the way, the gears have worked themselves out because it was spinning all the time. So just buy a service kit - about R750 and 2 new Tyre's..... I could not wait to release the upgraded device into my pool to resolve the problem. Low and behold same old story - this is now > 1 year later and the same mess. In the meantime I had my pool remarbelited and made sure that we have nice roundings etc so that the Dominator could not get stuck. No Luck!!

In my opinion this device is a total failure for any pool with steps!
