Fourwater do not resolve problems created by their products
I purchased a dominator lite pool cleaner on the recommendation of my pool cleaning service. The item has been in for repair a number of times and still does not work properly. I have been told by another pool service company that the dominator lite has been discontinued due to number of problems the pool cleaner has caused. Despite numerous attempts to get Fourwater to take the item back they have failed to do so.

Thank you for posting. You do not mention when the unit was purchased, what size pool it is being used in and whom it was repaired by. Without all the information and visual and thorough assessment, it is difficult to comment. I would suggest that you send the cleaner directly to our service centre after the 4th of January 2021 so that we can try and resolve the issue. There are a number of factors that may result in certain parts of the unit being affected.
