Faulty Bull Shark Pro

Good day, we purchased a Bull Shark Pro on 16 Sep 2018 from Makro Cape Gate. The kreepy started to give problem around Nov month and i reported it. A technician came to our house and said that it wasn't the kreepy but that we had a leak on our swimming pool pump. After this, we have fixed the swimming pool pump leak, replaced the sand in the filter. To date this kreepy has not worked correctly. It will work for 10 min max and then just stop. I backwash the pool every 2 weeks and put it through the rinse cycle also. This kreepy is still under warranty. Please contact me asap to make arrangements to bring us a new kreepy, as the one we have now is not working. Or you need to refund our money and I will buy a different make. I am really disappointed in this kreepy's workmanship. We cannot be excepted to pay R1000 for something that works for only 10min and then stops.....
