Don't ever buy a Kreepy Krauly

I bought a Kreepy Krauly from Mikro 3 months ago. The Kreepy Krauly did not work the head was faulty. Makro advised me to contact the supplier directly. I phoned them and they sent out a technician who took the head with him three weeks ago. I keep phoning the service area and speak to ******, who keeps telling me that she will phone me back or that the technician is coming to bring the head of the kreepy back. It is now three weeks later and my swimming pool is a disaster and I get no call back or service from ******. DON'T EVER BUY A KREEPY KRAULY THEIR SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT IS THE WORST QUALITY.

Good day madam and thank you for posting. The technical representative ws indeed sent out to assess the pool cleaner on site. Thereafter uplifted the unit to thoroughly assessed in our testing facilities and will be returned to you tomorrow Wednesday 1st November and addressed the issue with Mr Prinsloo earlier I am pleased to inform you that no fault was found with your pool cleaner after thorough assessment.

If no fault was found why did the technician take the part away? He saw that the head does not stay at the bottom of the pool to clean it. So why does the head not work properly?

Good day Madam. the reason for taking it away was to have it assessed in the factory to have the unit also thoroughly assessed in the factory to ensure that nothing is missed.
