Don't by a Pentair Kreepy Krauly P7001
We bought a Pentair Kreepy Krauly (product code P7001) from Makro a year ago. The filter selector has broken and inmpossible to get a replacement parts. Kreepy Krauly does not respond to emails, and when my husband tried phoning them, their automatic message on their line says they are closed until 4 January, it is now February. Looks like Kreepy Krauly has closed in South Africa.

The switchboard has been working since the 4th of January and the company is still exists. Parts are available for the product as well. We have been moving to new premises for the past month and to my knowledge calls have been coming through at all times during office hours. I shall have the complaint investigated and shall be contacting you in due course to resolve the problem speedily.
