Dominator - that fails to dominate anything in water!

I purchased the Dominator from Makro less than a month ago. The unit just refuses to work.. it keeps getting stuck after moving for less than a minute! I went back to Makro to return the unit and was turned away and told to contact Kreepy directly which i did. only then was i told that i need a pressure regulator and kreepy hoses and so on.. Kreepy assisted with the same.. However, the unit still refuses to work.. still getting stuck all the time.. Needless to say my pool is a royal mess given that it hasnt been cleaned in almost a month!! now i have contacted Kreepy again and they want me to take the unit in to their service department to have it assessed! because they feel their is an issue with the filtration system with my pool. however, my old cleaner still works fine. I did not purchase this unit to run around like a mad person all the time! Why cant Kreepy just accept that the unit is flawed and just does not work!! why must i run around for weeks and then only maybe the unit will be refunded?? Someone from Kreepy should come out to have a look instead of me running around. the after service for Kreepy is shockingly poor. a month almost and the pool is just getting more dirty especially with all the storms we are having in JHB. NOT IMPRESSED!!
