DOMINATOR

STAY AWAY FROM THE DOMINATOR! I am so frustrated with this expensive product - I bought a dominator from the POOL TEAM in Randburg in December 2017. It worked well for 13 months, then as you guessed the problems started. Like many complaints I have read it seems to be a common problem. If this machine comes with a 2 year warranty - WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY actually cover? - It is always the same excuse "WEAR AND TEAR

I replaced the gears etc at a cost of R700 and behold 7 months later have the same problem. I have been back to the POOL TEAM in Randburg numerous times without any joy - no solutions just frustrations. To make things worse I looked after a house in our suburb in December and you guessed it - they also had a dominator which was not working - same issue as mine and many other I have read about.

To replace the gears now is a staggering R859 - who can afford this every few months?

This is supposed to be a great product especially at a purchase price of R2500 or more but I have lost all faith in the Kreepy Crawly products now.
