Defective Product.

Good day.<br> I bought a KREEPY KRAULY in last week and installed it that night.<br> When I connected all the new items to the pool weir and it didin preform as good as the old one, it doesn't even move and the pipes is damaged.<br> I installed old pipes and pool vacuum again, item is not as good as price I payed for it...
