Bullshark Pro pool cleaner

This is a VERY, VERY bad product, same as the people who put their name on it. I bought this piece of **** under intention that it will do as said. It only works on walls and as soon as it detach itself, it will go upside down and stay like that. This piece of ******* can not work without supervision, period. The clever people from Pentair want to tell me this is a splash pool cleaner, the box indicates that it is a pool cleaner otherwise I would not have taken it. Pentair took this thing to "investigate" and they have it now for two weeks 3 Oct 2017 to present 18 Oct 2017. Phoning them leaves you without an answer as you do not get a chance to state your case. STAY AWAY FROM ANY KREEPY KRAULY PRODUCT as you will not get support.
