Bull Shark Pro - spends half its time upside down..

Recently purchased a bull shark pro.. Sadly the unit has a major flaw... it spends most of its time upside down or n its side rather than doing the 1 job it was intended for... cleaning the pool.

On the positive, when it is upright and working, the unit is a speedy unit and cleans really well but sadly it spends more than 50% of its time the wrong way up..

Any advise on how this can be resolved or if its better to rather exchange for another unit / model
