Bad warrantee on creepy products
I bought a creepy crawly pro less than a year ago, for the first month I had no issues, it eventually just stop working and when I move the pipe it starts working. it is suppose to have an unconditional warranty on the hammer, I returned the item to get it fixed just to be told that I have to pay for a warrantee item less than a year old. apparently the suction part is not covered under warrantee which is ******* as no where in there warrantee do they specify it. I am now forced to use my old reliable Barracuda pool cleaner worked for over 5 years without any issues. Makro recommended this creepy as very reliable the reason for buying it, I could have bought a Pacer for less than half the price I paid this piece of junk. Regarding my water quality I keep the PH between 6.8 and 7.6, pool is indoors and always crystal clear require minimal chemicals because of indoor so they cannot use that as an excuse, never had issues with water quality on Barracuda so it cannot be used as an excuse.
Thank you for posting the review. As for honoring the warranty, we do if it is a valid warranty claim or manufacturing defect. I am not sure where the unit was taken to and how they arrived at the conclusion or whatever you were told. You have not specified what the nature of the problem is. It is somewhat vague. My advice would be to take the unit directly to our service centre in Stilkland which I shall provide at the end of the response. What I can tell you is that with the cleaner working intermittently the problem may be due to an obstruction anywhere along the cleaner from the main body or drive tubes or swivel head sub assembly (etc.) Please send it directly to Kreepy Krauly.
