Bad service n Response

I bought a Kreepy Krauly at Makro in January 3rd or 4th weekend. I installed it early February and bought extra pipes seeing that the ones supp**** were short to circulate the whole pool. ever since my pool has been getting greener and greener. I then went to Makro to return it but was told by returns that I should contact Kreepy as they are just agents for them. I then lodged a Complaint and was help by Moses and representative from named Neil who took my details to send to head office to contact me, which never happened in 3 weeks. I went back to Makro and spoke to Neil representing Kreepy Krauly and he said he doesn't know why they haven't contacted me and promised again to take it up with head office. A lady from Kreepy Krauly called the next day which was Monday 23/03/2015 and said she wants to go step by step on how to assembly the Kreepy as she thinks It wasn't properly assembled. I told her that I don't want it any more because I have no confidence in the product any and would rather go back to my old one. I told her I am at work and cant go through it with her and will only arrive 18:30, she then promised that she call me that time which never happened till now.
