Bad Bad Service
Terrible service!!! Absolutely horrific.
I bought the Bull Shark krauly on 24 Sept 2018 and in Nov/Dec 2018 it started giving problems. We went on holiday and upon our return, it's not working and our pool is green! I went to Marko with my receipt, they advised that i need to contact Kreepy Krauly myself. But what does that help if you leave tons of messages for ****** (who is apparently the only one to deal with it) and no one gets back to you! Management is never available.
I had to buy another krauly on Saturday as my pool needs to be cleaned and my kids cant use it!!! I am shocked to the core with this level of service!!!!!!!!!
