Thank you for taking the time to post. It is quite unfortunate the way things turned out. Upon assessment, severe wear and tear was discovered on the cleaner which dates back to 2018. No recent proof of purchase was presented to validate a warranty which covers the cleaner against manufacturing defects and not wear and tear.
Our staff followed the correct procedures by consulting higher authority in finding a way to assist the customer. Two options were given.
1. Quoted to repair the unit to full functionality.
2. A trade-in for a new cleaner. Both offers were declined.
