KreamyKreations is **** .Worst experience.

I recently ordered a birthday cake three weeks in advance at R1350. I was specific that as a 2 tier cake one tier chocolate and the other vanilla sponge.During the cake cutting at the party we noticed both were vanilla and burnt. We contacted the lady that the order was placed with and she showed absolutely no customer service , even insisted I was lieing until seeing the pictures. The was an absolutely dismal experience especially after contacting the baker , in an attempt to just let her know and not wanting a refund or anything. The top tier was placed on a clear plastic lid and sunk into the bottom layer. Pictures posted on Instagram looked nothing like the actual product.Icing was even used instead of fondant.
