HOW KREAMY KREATIONS RUINED MY WEDDING!!!

I placed an order with Akshi Rajbansi from Kreamy Kreations for my wedding in June 2026, which was the biggest mistake I made. My order was 80 red velvet cupcakes decorated with glitter and pearls with frill cupcake holders and a vintage red velvet cake at the price of R4800 and an additional R700 for delivery, including a cake topper for free (which I never got). I received a vanilla sponge cake which was dry and stale. The cupcake holders I ordered were completely different to what I received and from what she assured me she had. The cupcakes were equally as dry and red colored sponge cake instead of red velvet. The cupcakes were all of uneven heights and the design I wanted for the cupcakes were far from the reference image I sent her, which again she assured me she could do. After telling her that I was dissatisfied, and asked for a refund, she offered me R1000 back in cash or a R2500 store voucher for use on future orders with Kreamy Kreations, which I certainly would not accept after tasting my wedding cake. Her responses to my dissatisfaction were all so generic, pre-prepared and posted within moments of my messages, which clearly shows that she has a history of bad service and these responses are saved for future use by her. After getting my attorney involved to get my refund, she didn’t have the courtesy to respond to my attorney which is a clear indication that she has no conscience and really doesn’t care about how a customer feels. As long as she has received payment, she doesn’t care about the quality of her service or the customer. She advertises as though she has a lot of experience and is a corporate company but I suspect that she outsources her orders and cannot deliver what she promises. If anyone wants a good tasting cake, go to Oven Delights or Westham Bakery which is far cheaper and fresher. My wedding evening was a disappointment after seeing, cutting and tasting that cake. Akshi will continue her business without a conscience, but we that have been conned will live with the horrible memory and bitter after tastes. I urge people to think twice before ordering from Kreamy Kreations. For the price she charges, ask for a sample tasting (which she will not do); and ask for a detailed design of what she will produce (which she also will not do). BE CAREFUL!
