Really upset and even more disappointed with the order I received. I explained and paid R1270 for a cake and 10 cupcakes which had important specifications on them. I received a cake with no name on it and cupcakes which were plain, but was assured otherwise. When the called the owner/assumed baker, I was informed that since I was delayed on my pick up, she did not check the order and the assistant/helper did this, clearly no communication between anyone who works here, then when I asked if this could be fixed before the actual party, I was informed that she didn't have transportation and I would need to take the items back to her, clearly not a professional company. I was asked mam, what do you want to do. No refund/remorse/apology offered. I would suggest staying away from small businesses such as this and stick to corporate companies as they have more sense and better quality control. One star is the lowest rating here but this should be a complete negative, would not recommend even if you need a cake, rather look elsewhere so you won't be disappointed on every level. They send you a long whatsapp message about their Terms and conditions but none about what actions they take when they mess up your order.
