Collapsed Cake & terrible service

We placed an order for a family tree cake for my gran's 90th birthday. 25th January 2020 pick up the cake an hour before the event begins. reached home to open the box and the whole cake is falling apart. this is a 2 layer butter cream cake (we requested fondant, but got butter cream) an hour before the party, what do we do, accept the cake. open the box, to find the names which were made of fondant were falling down (Fondant not even set) the top layer tilting almost 30degrees. a whole side of the cake collapsed. Called supplier says we must bring the cake back from Tongaat to Phoenix so she can fix it. (PS. the party will begin shortly). we had to use toothpicks and skewers to fix the cake to look presentable again for the guest. following day, Kreamy Kreations posts a pic of a family tree cake with all our family names. Picture was so ****, it was a cake created on 1 of these designing apps. on seeing this, I posted my opinions with regards to her **** pictures and posted what she had given us. Kreamy Kreations could not handle the response received from all Facebook reviews about her cake. Contacts us to say she will be taking legal action for the post. This is my review and opinion of the service we received and she is threatening us with legal action. To date (29 January 2020) we haven't even received an apology for providing us with such a disastrous cake. all we received from her was a whole lot of attitude. I would never recommend anyone to ever use Kreamy Kreations, absolutely pathetic service, arrogant and very bad attitude.
