Returned items not refunded

I had the most unpleasant experience with the Kotwals Motor spares Alberton branch. I purchased brake pads and wheel bearings, which I later returned the brake pads as it was not the right type for my car, I opted to rather get a refund to view my options at another motor spares. The transaction for the refund was on 02 March 2021. I was not informed when the refund would reflect in my account, the next day I contacted them to enquire about the refund, the cashier who was not the friendliest person to deal with when it comes to refunds, I was told that it will be paid in 3 days. The 3 days passed and I followed up with them again and I was then told that it will take 5 - 7 business days for my money to be refunded. After waiting till the 7th business day, the money was still not refunded. When I went to the shop to enquire about the inconsistency of their promises, I received a very unpleasant and hostile response, whereby I was made to feel like I was a nuisance, whilst they were busy taking other peoples money (because at that time I was not bringing money into their business) On Thursday the 11th March 2021 I was told that my money will be refunded on the 15th March 2021, it was not paid in so the afternoon I went back to the shop, I informed them the inconvenience I experienced by coming to the shop every time to enquire about my money ( they never called me for an update as they promised) I have so far spent over R300 by going to their shop and unsuccessfully returning without my money. I was promised that my money will be refunded on the 17th March 2021, on the 18th March 2021 my money was still not refunded. I have become so frustrated enquiring about my money and they don't have a head office where I can lay a complaint. It is already 3 weeks that kotwals have not refunded my money and no one in their midst considered an alternative to resolve this matter, I'm not even getting any courtesy calls to be informed what the delay is regarding my refund
