Kotwals Vereeniging above the CPA

on Saturday the 25/07/2020 i purchased a steering rack from Kotwals Vereeniging on advice from the mechanic. I took the car in for repairs on Monday the mechanic returned the steering rack still seal and not opened and he said there was nothing wrong with my steering rack the fault was elsewhere. i went to Kotwals to return the steering rack on Wednesday 29/7/2020 and they refused to give my money back i rather got a credit note. the consumer protection act dose not apply to Kotwals Vereeniging because they are special. it is with no doubt that they are quick to take your money but they cannot refund even if the item is still sealed. this is entirely disappointing as i used Kotwals for a number of years and after the credit note i will rather make use of another spares shop. Kotwals Vereeniging dose not give a dam about their clients they are ************s and and *****'s who only worry about profits.
