KOTWALS NEVER AGAIN

I visited Kotwals in the mina street of Meyerton. I asked for the diesel filter on my car. They said there were 2. When I arrived at the mechanic I was told it was the wrong filter (too big). I bought the correct one from another closer supplier to me. On returning the incorrectly supp**** filter I was told there would be a credit to which I strongly disagreed. I was then told in future buy both and return one that's incorrect for a credit. Now I am not sure what the Muslim outfit is smoking drinking or drugging but this is not acceptable behavior.

I WOULD URGE ALL NOT TO SUPPORT KOTWALS IN MEYERTON DO NOT SUPPORT THSE THAT ONLY LINE THEIR OWN POCKETS WHILE CONSTANTLY TRYING TO EMPTY OURS. I have been in the area and a supported for around 10 years. NO MORE KOTWALS YOU HAVE LOTS ME AND I HOPE MANY OTHER SAVVY CLIENTS/CUSTOMERS.
