Not helpfull or know what they are doing. Indicated that to give correct parts vin number or sample of part needed, vin number supp****, gave me parts, I even asked if they are sure it is correct. When I got to the mechanic he indicated that the parts were incorrect, tried to phone but phones does not work. Had to take parts back and get correct ones. Mechanic phoned me on opening water pump that gasket is broken, they tried to indicate to me that new water pumps does not come with gasket, but broken one were found in box. New one they had had no gasket, had to ask them to phone and find out, person on phone insulted me by saying to the guy "lady customers never trust them, as they will break it and then want to return" he further indicated that there must be a gasket but the mechanic must seal it with silicone, as it sounds like I am using a backyard mechanic. I had to travel up and down to fix their wrong parts given and then trying to indicate to me that the broken gasket does not belong to that water pump and tried to sell me defected water pump. I even asked for help to get the correct parts to the mechanic, they just said they are not allowed to, and that they needed the wrong parts before exchange, this led to me having to travel with BOLT and ended up being a real expense trip. I went to Golfwagen Centurion and got the right parts immediately and ease of mind as I could see it were quality and correct
