Horrible service at Kotwals Alberton !

After requesting a quote, the sales rep was very rude over WhatsApp, shouting at me for requesting the price on taillights. I phoned to speak to a manager and only then did the sales rep apologize for their rude behavior. I do not recommend using sales rep "AA" as seen on the quotation. Rather request a different sales rep. Management was very helpful.
