Bad spares

<p>Bought cv joints at Kotwals Motor Spares and the Mechanic fitted them we noticed they were faulty. I went back to notify them about the cv joints that they are makeing a noise they said that i must buy another one and they will send it to the Factory for a claim and explained to them how can i drive without cv joints and they said its my problem.there are allot of clients that complain about them as far as spares are concerned if you send the parts back to them there awnser is always there fault so that means you spending monies but you never get awnsers nor the claim so they score all the way and they say its the mechanics fault and if i may say so they were rude to me and not acceptable.
