Bad services

The do ******* automated subscription, I paid to their vip account for three days and I clearly marked once off payment but they did automated subscription for a month without my concern, and afterwards when I request my money back through PayPal they took three days to give my money back, and by then I was hit by dollar exchange rate, And they become hostile and canceled my accounts claiming I violation of their services
