Poor service

So we had loadshedding for five hours. No wifi. After the power came on we still had no wifi. I made a phone call and asked what was going on only to be told there is a problem with the tower. No problem with that. These things happen. I asked what the problem is only to be told they don't know because the ladder is wet. They cannot go up the tower. I go up wet ladders alot in my profession. So after seven hours another story of it will buffer alot but still it does not work. No buffering. It just don't work. I pay for a six gig line wich ceeps on buffering anyway.
