Totally disappointed

So we have been fooled in going over to the "new fiber" connection, only to find disappointment. I am very unhappy and will never recommend this company! Constant interruptions and down time. I regret ever heard about this company and wish I never left the previous service provider. If only this joke of a company goes out of business.
