Koshcom problems constantly

Great service in the beginning. Then constantly having intermittent internet speeds. Then no internet! When you phone out of frustration it is always the same old, “ working on the tower” story. Smiling and telling you your line is fine and as they put the phone down your streaming buffers..... test the line and what you know...... NO INTERNET! Same old same old for more than a year now! And to think I was the one suggesting this company to my friends and family. I am constantly finding myself apologizing
