Koshcom bad Fiber

I got a 100mb Fiber line from them end of February 2020, the first week I had slow speed and latency issues. They fixed it. The fiber line was running well until 16 June 2020. Since then I have had variable line speed (as low as 1,91mb up and 1,98mb down, have pics to proof it) , High gaming latency at night, slow streaming speeds and random line disconnects.

I have phoned them more than 20 times, and they keep telling me I have issues because of the game I play (rofl)!! I sent them an e-mail on 22/07/2020 on what the exact issue is and they have not even rep****. Pathetic Company.
