I had a great experience at Koos and Mike Used Cars. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything from start to finish. They had a wide selection of vehicles, competitive pricing, and made the buying process smooth and hassle-free. Scheduling a test drive was easy, and they explained everything clearly, even with a problem with the vehicle which was picked up after the purchase was made a simple call to the dealer and they are more than happy to assist with getting the problem fixed which is great as iv never experienced this kind of after sales service before. While the financing paperwork took a bit longer than expected, the overall service was excellent. Highly recommend for a stress-free car-buying experience.
