Great customer services but bit of bad experience

I bought a vehicle from Koos and Mike Hyundai H1 2018 model. The car is great, it came with temporary permit. The staff has exceptional customer services, they went out of their way to make sure I have received the car on time, especially the gentleman who test drove the car with me, a very nice gentleman and very friendly. To Leandri as well, who worked on this after hours and took my calls after hours when I had an issue, she's exceptional. However my experience was not so great. I when I took delivery of the car it had very little fuel considering I live 85 km's away. Another horrible experience was the traffic police claiming that the temporary permit was a *****ulent because it is written on a laminate not on the permit itself.
