Good service and accountability.

We had the privilege of purchasing our new family car, a Hyundai Santa Fe from Koos and Mike used cars.

The sales process was really smooth, fast and efficient, all the additional costs were clearly explained to me as well as the added options for warrantee and other cover options.

From showing interest in the vehicle until i had the keys only took 2 days, which was quite impressive.

There was however issues with the vehicle, the radio touch screen didn't work as well as the steering wheel controls upon collection, they eventually came to collect the car after WhatsApps up and down between the sales team and the workshop manager. The process to show the issues and to get it resolved did take some time, about 2 weeks, however i am very impressed that they never denied the issues, and were very willing to assist in repairing the radio and clock spring.

Overall I am happy with the sales process and the vehicle.

The only reason that they did not receive 5 stars is the fact that the sales team was quite slow in reading and replying to messages, sometimes follow-ups were required to get their attention, this however was not the case with the workshop and drivers which were on the ball and rep**** very quickly to messages concerning the repairs.

I would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from them again.
